Project Brief

Requiring a substantial but fast rebuild of a current website we were tasked with the brief to build an e-commerce website but not actually allow selling from the site. We built a catalogue website based on an e-commerce platform which had all the sales functionality stripped out and replaced with enquiry buttons. This gave the client the full control over the products they displayed and how they displayed them in the back office area.

www.bmautosport.co.uk have very good google ranks to their old site so it was a requirement to try and retain the rankings by making sure that any pages from the old website we still recognisable by google but at the same time allowing google to reindex the new site. We also provided heavy duty hosting and business email to keep this website up and running and keep on top of the large amount of traffic that visits the site.

In addition to the e-commerce ‘Showroom’ area we built a few basic brochure website pages as an introduction to the company and directing visitors to the showroom.
